Balanced valve for both gas and liquid service, certified to ASME VIII or "CE" mark. Pop action on gas; initial modulation on liquid. Plastic seat and seals with complete stainless steel construction.  Balanced against the effects of backpressure without bellows. Fixed blowdown.
